More progress (emu dev)

Sorry for the lack of updates, I was pretty busy with my own things, but yesterday and today I get some progress with my emulator:

- Fixed a lot of stuff on mysql manager.
- Rewrote all rooms system
- Finished pathfinder
- Finished item management (except picking up and saving on database)
- Some work with songs...
- Some fixes on catalog
